Adding a user to Google Analytics



Note: Users are identified by their email addresses. You can add only users whose email addresses are registered in Google accounts.



The following instructions are steps to add a user in Google Analytics:



Login to Google Analytics.



Click All Website Data and search for the name or tracking id of the GA property. Select the property to manage it.

Navigate to Admin. In the GA Property (depending upon whether you want to add users at the account or property), click User Management.

In the Account users list, click +, then click Add new users.

Enter the email address for the user's Google Account and tick all the check boxes.

Click Add.
