In order to change the content of your automated emails, the first thing you need to do is to log in to your TD platform and click on automations.



After, click on Manage Messages.



From there, you will see the different emails sent in their respective automations. Simply click on edit and it should route you to the page where you can edit your emails.





Once your done with your text changes, simply click on Save and Exit and you should be good to go!



Another way to edit emails is editing the Campaign Template. For that, you first have to click on Campaigns



Afterwards, click on Manage Templates



Once there, you will the different email templates for your platform (i.e. Birthday emails, event templates, etc)



Hover on the email you wish to update and click on Edit.



After clicking Edit you will be routed to the email template and the same principles apply when editing the email as mentioned earlier in this tutorial.
